This customer opted for our design to completion scheme. This property started as a first floor, one bedroom flat. When the loft was completed, the property was a three bed split level flat with two family bathrooms. The master bedroom in the loft came with a Juliet balcony. Within the project we completed:
- 1st floor: Full refurbishment of the lounge, bathroom, kitchen & hallway.
- 2nd floor: Two bedrooms, family bathroom & full decoration throughout.
